6:15am sharp - 7am finish MIXED

8:30am sharp - 9:15am finish
School drop off session WOMEN ONLY

All sessions are action packed for 45mins.

- Going for long, slow, boring runs
- Anything that’s not achievable for everyone
- Repeating the same workouts

Who’s the trainer?
Pete Manning has
been involved in the fitness industry for over 12 years. He is a
Certificate IV accredited fitness professional, with a Diploma in
Exercise Science and Fitness Management. His clients have included the
Australian Defence Force and The Singapore Air Force. Peter is also the
creator of Circuits4life a resource used throughout Boot camp and within
the health and fitness industry around the world.

The boot camp
sessions are a great way to start the day. I thought I was reasonably
