After Sgt.Circuits you will:

What will we be doing at Sgt.Circuits?

  • Burning fat with fun cardio drills
  • Using safe and effective exercises
  • Getting results!
  • Body weight, Boxing, Resistance and Interval training drills
  • Training with like minded people
  • Helping you do your best!
  • Team fitness activities
  • A different session every time

When and where

  • Various locations around Tamworth City
    (you will be informed after each session)
  • Wednesdays and Fridays
    6:15am sharp - 7am finish MIXED
  • Wednesdays
    8:30am sharp - 9:15am finish
    School drop off session WOMEN ONLY
  • Tuesday and Thursday - Coming soon

All sessions are action packed for 45mins.

What we won’t be doing at Sgt.Circuits?

  • Leaving people behind
  • Pushing or pulling trucks
  • Going for long, slow, boring runs
  • Anything that’s not achievable for everyone
  • Repeating the same workouts
  • Shouting at you!

Who’s the trainer?

Pete Manning has been involved in the fitness industry for over 12 years. He is a Certificate IV accredited fitness professional, with a Diploma in Exercise Science and Fitness Management. His clients have included the Australian Defence Force and The Singapore Air Force. Peter is also the creator of Circuits4life a resource used throughout Boot camp and within the health and fitness industry around the world.
